All EverNext orders are shipped from Washington State, USA.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Most U.S. orders are expected to arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Standard shipping is $3.99 when the merchandise subtotal after discounts is under $39, and free when it is $39 or more. Taxes and shipping charges do not count toward the threshold. We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States.

Yes. We accept eligible return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a standard return, the item must be unused, unassembled, complete with all parts and accessories, and returned in its original packaging and condition.

Please contact us and provide your order number along with clear photos showing the issue.

After reviewing the situation, we may provide replacement parts, a replacement item, or a refund, depending on the circumstances.

If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation or change.

Once an order has entered the packing or shipping process, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.

DIY kits that have been used, assembled, partially completed, or have materials removed or altered are generally not eligible for standard returns.

If your item arrived damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.

Please contact us with your order number and photos of the item you received. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.

The included materials and accessories vary by product. Please check the individual product page for details about what is included in each kit.

Some projects may require common household tools or additional supplies. When applicable, this will be stated in the product description.

Some kits may contain small parts, tools, or materials that are not suitable for young children. Adult supervision may be recommended for certain products.
